How do I cancel my booking?

Booking fees are non-refundable upon cancellation 24hrs before the reserved date or less.

If you would like to reschedule your reservation, please check the availability with us at least 3 days before the original reserved date.

How late can I book my tour?

You must book your tour at least 3 days before the desired tour date.

Booking requests that are later than 3 days to the desired tour date will not be accepted.

How do I know my booking is confirmed?

When you have made your payment, and we have checked your payment, we will send you a confirmation message to your email, and our tourmate will be in contact with you soon.

I wish to tour with multiple tourmates

Yes, you can tour with multiple tourmates if designated tourmates are available.

However, you must pay for multiple tourmates.

What is prohibited during tour?

Any sexual contact with our tourmates such as kissing, alcohol consumption, and any kind of drugs are prohibited during the tour.

How does custom tour work?

You need to complete the booking form according to your needs and wants.

We will be in contact with you with a new tour schedule for you.

We will adjust the schedule until we are both happy!

I would like to do something extra during my tour

You can tell us about anything that you would like to include on your tour with us when you are completing the booking form. 

We will check if your wants are available and give you a quotation for it.

I have multiple people. Do I need to pay extra?

The tourmate price is fixed no matter how many people join the tour. We do not charge extra for multiple tourists. However, you do need to book a bigger transport for the tour.
